Orione House, Station Road - redevelopment proposals

We have been contacted by Andy Ryley of PRC Architecture and Planning in Woking regarding proposals to redevelop Orione House in Station Road.

Mr Ryley writes:

Our clients, the Sons of Divine Providence, are seeking to redevelop their site at Orione House, Station Road for extra care for the elderly. The site is currently a care home and the proposal includes the demolition of the existing building which closed in 2017, and the construction of a 30 bed extra care unit of 1 and 2 beds.

Due to the school holidays fast approaching, we have been asked to hold a public exhibition which has been arranged for Wednesday 11th July 2018 as per the attached invitation leaflet which is being distributed today.

As a key local organisation for the area, our client would like to cordially invite the Hampton Wick Association to attend and inform its members of the exhibition. Plans are at an early stage and input from your organisation is sought at this time.
