Richmond in Bloom - Hampton Wick award winners

This year’s Richmond in Bloom awards ceremony took place In a packed York House on 1 October 2019.
The Village Competition, which we have entered previously, did not take place this year but Mark Merrington, Chair of the HWA, was on hand on the evening to present the Community Building award.
