What is the point in having a conservation area if this can happen?
We have reported at length over the appalling development at the site known as The Firs – click here for full report. It just keeps getting worse.
Today, the developers are gluing completely out-of-character pre-fabricated slate tiles onto the completely in-character old brick wall!
What on earth is going on? We call on the council to stop and reverse this “criminal” ruining of our Hampton Wick conservation area.
Who can this possibly benefit? It would look out of place in North Wales let alone the Hampton Wick conservation area!
