HWA AGM 2025 - Report and Committee

The Annual General Meeting will take place at 7.30pm on Thursday 10th April at Bullen Hall, Bennet Close, Hampton Wick.

This year the AGM has a French & German theme to celebrate our borough’s twinning with Fontainebleu and Konstanz.

The following are standing for committee:

Officers

Chair: Fraser Wilson is standing for re-election

Vice-Chair: Mark Merrington is standing for re-election

Secretary: Mark Buckley is standing for re-election

Treasurer: Carol Dukes is standing for re-election

Other Committee Members, all standing for re-election

We received no other applications to stand for the committee or as officers by the deadline of 26th March. Since there are no more than twelve people standing there is no requirement for a ballot. However, the intention is still to have each of the offer roles confirmed by a show of hands vote at the AGM.

For information: Chris Drayson, as Honorary President appointed by the committee, is an ex-officio member of the Committee.
