Sunday 16th November 2025
The Sea Cadets
This year the event was held on Sunday 9th November.
Crowds gathered outside the Foresters in St John’s Place around 10:30am.
The procession passed along the High Street to the Memorial Garden where a short service was held followed by two minutes silence.
The service was conducted by St John’s Church. The HWA wreath was laid by Chairman, Fraser Wilson. The logistical arrangements and marshalling were organised by the HWA.
Crowds this year were again considerable.
We are grateful to the police team present for their help during the event.
